Despite the generally well below-average snow depth, we found surprisingly good conditions in the Verborgener Berg.

Despite the generally well below-average snow depth, we found surprisingly good conditions in the Verborgener Berg. Where the Alpeiner Ferner used to be, conditions are satisfactory. The approx. 200m of descent down to the prepared track are technically demanding on skis because of the snow conditions.
