There is virtually no damage to the path network. The bridge at the turn-off to the Aperer Turm was swept away by the flood – today we rebuilt it. If you want to go onto the Alpeiner Ferner, you have to cross here to the orographic right bank of the stream! Because the flood has changed the terrain, access to the Alpeiner on the orographic left side is only possible with great difficulty and is also exposed to rockfall!
